REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
SELECTION CRITERIA:
B.sc/B.eng in chemical, civil, or environmental engineering is required with a minimum of 12 years experience in the air quality field. The candidate must possess good analytical skills and have a good working knowledge of emission inventories, regulatory compliance, air pollution prevention and control technologies, and facility compliance assessments. The candidate should have a working knowledge of US EPA air quality  regulations, and a demonstrated technical understanding of process and pollution control equipment. Other requirements include an understanding of air pollution meteorology and global environmental issues. The candidate must have excellent mathematical, statistical, and computer skills; and the ability to work with Windows-based graphical display and analysis software.
