Requirements:

Must have a recognized Trades Certificate in DC Auto Electrical, preferably but not necessarily an “Australian Trades Certificate”.
Apprenticeship obtained by either a mining company/OEM dealer or contractor
Minimum age 35 years
Strong commitment towards company safety and environmental policies.
Experience with 12v & 24v systems used on Trucks and Caterpillar equipment and including air conditioning systems.
Starter motor and alternator rebuilds

Diagnostic skills

Ability to train National team of workers
Set up training log for trainee Auto electricians.
Conduct class room training and workshop training.
Audit and recommend electrical inventory – tooling requirements.

5×12 Roster + 1 Travel day
12Hr Day shift work hours
Probation Period of 6 months
